Data processed and purposes

• Contact and partner application forms: full name, company, e-mail, phone, country, role, message text. Purpose: answering the request and handling the following commercial contact. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Technical data: IP address, country estimated from the IP, browser type, date and time, page from which the form was sent. Purpose: security of the service, prevention of abuse and automated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Browsing: the site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking tools. The hosting provider keeps technical access logs for security.

Recipients

Data is processed by Plug-in Srl's sales staff and by the following providers, appointed as data processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting, form relay and e-mail delivery). Data is neither published nor transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than [24] months from the last contact; technical data for [12] months.

Your rights
